Energy Integration
Some things can’t be talked through.
Energy Integration at Spark. Collective is body-led work that supports physical, emotional, and nervous system regulation by addressing what the body has been holding—often beneath conscious awareness.
We house both Energy Therapy and Spinal Energetics, two complementary practices that work with the body’s innate intelligence rather than forcing release or bypassing experience. The focus isn’t fixing, diagnosing, or pushing for catharsis—it’s creating the conditions for safe, organic unwinding and integration.
Sessions may support:
-
Emotional release and regulation
-
Stress and nervous system overload
-
Stored tension or trauma patterns
-
A deeper sense of grounding and clarity
This work is subtle, powerful, and deeply individual. Some people experience physical movement or sensation, others notice emotional shifts, insight, or a felt sense of relief and presence. There is no “right” way for the body to respond.
Energy Integration is for those who feel called to work beyond words—while staying grounded, present, and in control of their experience.
Energy Therapy
Energy Therapy, also known as energy healing, is a form of complementary and alternative therapy that focuses on restoring balance and harmony within a person's energy field. Practitioners of energy therapy believe that energy flows through and around the body, and disruptions in this energy flow can lead to physical, emotional, or mental imbalances. By working with this energy, they aim to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being.

Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics is a form of energy therapy that focuses on the energetic alignment of the spine and aims to release stored physical, emotional, and energetic tension throughout the body. This approach combines elements of somatic (body-based) healing, energy work, and movement therapy. Spinal Energetics works with the concept that unresolved trauma, stress, or emotional experiences can be stored within the spine and nervous system, potentially impacting both physical and mental health.
